"Aprende" (LaMancha Video) Web: http://www.lamancha-video.com Girls and boys, I got this email months ago from Lamancha Video telling me about this video “Aprende”, I was like, “whatever.” I don’t have time to sit and watch those second- rate “men of color” videos that looks like they were filmed through a dirty tube sock. You know the ones. The models look like they haven’t eaten in three days; they have that jheri curl on/jheri curl off hair, those damn long ass yellow, dirty fingernails (I hate a long, dirty finger nail. I hate a long nail period on a man) and those nappy pubes. I deleted the email and didn’t pay it any attention until I just happened to be in my local video store one day. I told Pat, the Manager, that I was looking for a video to review and he suggested “Aprende”. I figured why not. It couldn’t hurt, there is so much pornographic garbage out there, what would it hurt? I figured that if it were bad, I’d just fast forward through the whole thing and give it a bad review. Was I in for a surprise! “Aprende” has to be the one of the best videos on the shelf. And I’m not even going to try to give y’all a scene-by-scene account. I can’t. The video is very long (and that’s a good thing because every frame is excellent) and there is too much going on (it has a music video feel to it. Lots of scenes within scenes) to even try. And I won’t tell you how fine some of these men are. You got to see it for yourself. I’ve got to give it to the Director. Enrique Cruz is very talented. He understands his viewers and he has selected actors who appear not to be acting at all. They all have this look like they’re enjoying themselves completely. And their accents (very street, very New York) are real too. The main thing I like about the video is that men of color (Blatinos, African Americans, etc) aren’t seen in that negative, explorative light usually associated with porn of this genre. You’ve seen the titles: “”Make Mine Black”, “Black Nubian Horses”, “Black Gang Bang”, etc. Y’all know the ones. “Aprende” has this college theme and the scenes are broken down by the days of the week. And you would think that a video this long would lose some of its punch after an hour, but it doesn’t. It just keeps getting better and better. Let’s talk about the actors. I’ll put it this way: Antonio Torres; fine, Bam Bam; fine and just enough body fat (beautiful smile), Rique Seda; fine, Mike Pito; dick for days, Ricky Manuel; sorry, ugly dick, JD Bandit; NOT, Marco Polo; super fine, Cobra; you have to see and hear to believe, Scorpion; you have to see and hear to believe, Felix Chaves; dick for days, kinda fine and kinda wrong in a sexy way, Hector Hotass; fine, great head scene, Dillion; super, duper fine, Jesus Peron; super, duper, ruper, pooper fine and Bobby Cam; NOT. O.k. there is this scene where a guy cums on another guys legs and rubs his face in it. There are scenes where the actors hold each other’s head in that way that men of color do. It’s a cultural thing and very sexy to see captured on film. The kissing is even beautiful. And you won’t fine those shaved, twinks with the perfect body and the lisps. Look over in Falcon Studios for that. There is even a great photo of Mary J. Blige tack on one wall in a scene. The best scene (not to make any of the others seem less) is the scene between Scorpion and the fine assed (all my type) Antonio Torres. In this scene you’ll see where Scorpion gets his name. The scene is filmed in, on top and around Scorpion’s car. Scorpion fucks my baby, Antonio to death. It’s a very long shot, but it’s HOT children. Play attention to the camera and the lighting. And you’ll see that there is talent behind the camera as well. There is also another scene where someone just pulls their dick out and pisses. It’s a short shot and if you blink, you’ll miss it. I highly recommend this video. And I’m sure it won’t be on the shelves when you go look of it. If it’s not there, ask the manager to put you on the waiting list |
